• Financial planning and monitoring for the completion of the 2007-2008 year and for 2008-2009
• Development and initial implementation of the Member-facing strategy and operational activities
• Searching and appointment of a new full-time Chief Executive Officer
• Day-to-day responsibility of the Core Staff
