Becta commissioned research to report on Digital Learning Resources (DLRs) that comply with interoperability standards within UK education. In particular the Study was required to identify the level of adoption of the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), the IMS Global Learning Consortium (IMS GLC) Content Packaging, IMS GLC Question & Test Interoperability (QTI), Metadata standards, controlled vocabularies and IMS GLC Common Cartridge. 

Dunelm was the lead partner for the winning consortium (five SMEs) and was responsible for managing the project and providing technical expertise on the relevant e-learning interoperability specifications and standards.
